Traditional Usui Reiki
Utilising the teachings of Mikao Usui, traditonal hand placement and energy movement to balance energy and support healing both body and spirit.

Reiki acts like a full body and soul tonic, gently clearing away the blockages, stress points and giving the energy of both the earth and the cosmos to flow freely and where it needs to.

Chakra Clearing and Balancing
I like to describe the Chakras as the major energy hubs of the body, like the Grand Central Stations of the body. From those points, energy moves and fuels your organs and extremities and pour into each other. Your chakras (chakra means wheel in Sanskrit), remind me of any wheel or gear that adds power to something: a windmill, a waterwheel, wheels on a train or wagon, gears in a machine, clockworks….they gather and circulate the energy so you can use it. If the wheel gets jammed, the energy stops moving and working and we feel “off “ or our lives feel disjointed, if there is too much power, we get agitated, impatient, make mistakes, injure ourselves.

Chakra clearing and balancing use the energy around us, the Universal Source, to “unstick,” smooth out and make sure all our chakras are moving in such a way that is optimal for us as individuals.

I use my intuition and energy to find and support where you need healing, whether it be emotional or physical. I am not a magician, I am a conduit for the tools of healing and I assist you in that endeavour.
